Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

• The product received is damaged during transit.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product is defective upon arrival.
• The package is missing items from the order.

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Live plants
• Seeds
• Organic soil products
• Vermicompost, Bio Compost, Cow Manure, Coco Peat, Neem Cake Powder, and similar organic materials
• Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
• Used or partially consumed products

Returns may only be accepted in cases where the wrong item or a damaged product was delivered.

Return Process

To initiate a return request:

1. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Share your order details along with photographs or videos showing the issue.
3. Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.
4. Approved returns must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:

• Product is unavailable after order confirmation.
• Wrong item delivered and replacement is not available.
• Damaged product received and replacement is not feasible.
• Eligible return request approved by our team.

Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacement Policy

Where applicable, HOPES may offer a replacement instead of a refund for:

• Damaged products
• Defective products
• Incorrect products received

Replacement availability depends on stock availability.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

After Shipment

Orders that have already been shipped may not be eligible for cancellation and will be subject to our return eligibility criteria.
